If your aim is to feel healthy and improve your fitness and you need help in doing so then call Gillian on 086 1072528 or email gillian@gillianosullivan.ie

Times of availability (unless otherwise booked)

  • Monday and Wednesday 3pm-9pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday 7am-2pm
  • Friday 7am-1pm

Gillian will talk through the following:

  • Medical concerns
  • What exercise you have done in the past
  • What you would like to achieve
  • What time you have available on a daily and weekly basis
  • What activities you like doing
  • Are you a gym/non gym user

Gillian will set out a programme that is challenging but achievable. Progress will be made on a steady basis over a number of weeks.
