following the birth of her baby son in September 2011. As a new mum,
Gillian knows all about the balance of work, home life and keeping a
fitness routine. Gillian will help you apply this balance and achieve your goals. BOOTCAMP CLASSES Bootcamp classes will resume Tue 17th and Thur 19th January 2012. This is an 8 week course. You can choose to attend for 1 night a week for 8 weeks (€80) or for 2 nights
